Youth leaders from all the parishes in the prelature will gather for an overnight planning which will be held in Milaor Parish' Formation house... Fr. Boboy Fabi, Youth Director in the prelature of Libmanan convened this event for as part of the preparations for the 20th anniversary of the Canonical Erection of the Prelature comes March 19, 1990.
